Following his retirement as Chairman in February 2008, Jim is now
employed on a consultancy basis. An Architect with his own practice, Jim provides Expert Witness and Mediation Services for the Company and is a member of CIArb.
With an eye for detail, Jim concentrates on issues related to defects as a result of design and specification or workmanship. He also specialises in planning and programming of projects.

Janey has been Managing Director of CDR since 1997. An experienced quantity surveyor, she is a qualified Adjudicator, Arbitrator & Expert Witness; with an impressive track record.
Janey has also lectured at Glasgow Caledonian University in Building Contracts and Construction Law.
Janey is currently Chairman of RICS Scotland.

Lisa joined CDR in 2000 as a Contract Consultant, providing Quantity Surveying and related Expert Witness services for the company.
Since joining CDR, Lisa has gained associate membership of the CIArb and qualified as an Adjudicator. Lisa is on the Chairman’s panel of Adjudicators for RICS Scotland and has undertaken a number of Adjudications as Adjudicator. Lisa also represents Parties in Adjudication and has a successful record of results to date.
