Since the introduction of Adjudication in 1998, CDR has been appointed by Glasgow Caledonian University (GCU) to carry out research in respect of Adjudication trends and statistics. At the forefront is collecting data from Adjudicator Nominating Bodies and practicing Adjudicators.
The GCU ARC research is the only set of statistics that has followed Adjudication from its inception in 1998 through to current day. Several reports have been produced by GCU ARC and the research can be accessed at the following link:

CDR has also been involved in other areas of research which include:
Simplifying Construction Contracts
Roles and liabilities of design team members
The impact of case law on the Adjudication process
